These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this Website. Each time the User accesses the Website, the User irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions posted on this Website. If the User does not agree to any of the provisions set out in these Terms, the User must not use the Website, decentralized applications (dApps) or any services available on the Website.

Each time a dApp Developer applies to host and/or advertise its dApp on the Website, it also irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Terms. If a dApp Developer does not agree with any of the provisions set forth in these Terms, it shall not apply to host and/or advertise its dApp on the Website.

The services provided on the Website are administered and maintained by Tgapp. Tgapp is a database containing information about dApps, their ratings, functionality, usage features and descriptions.

Definitions of terms

• }, "dApp(s)". - A decentralized application or program running on blockchain or peer-to-peer technology that can be installed and run by many users on a decentralized network.
• "Tgapp." - the administrator of tgapp.com.
• "Developer dApp." - a person or entity whose dApps are hosted on the Tgapp Website, or who applies to Tgapp to advertise and/or host a dApp on the Website.
• "Terms and Conditions." - these terms and conditions of use of the Website applicable to Users and dApp Developers.
• "User." - a natural or legal person who has visited the Website and is not the Developer of the dApp.
• { "web site". - Tgapp website, located at https://tgapp.ru.

Information about dApps

Tgapp endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website, but is not responsible for any omitted or incorrect information on dApps. Users understand and acknowledge that they use any and all information available on the Website at their own risk.

Users acknowledge that Tgapp may or may not pre-screen all dApps available on the Website and that by using the Website they may encounter dApps that are offensive, indecent or objectionable.

Users acknowledge and agree that Tgapp is not responsible for reviewing and evaluating the content and/or functionality of the dApps available on the Website. Tgapp does not warrant or endorse, and will not be responsible for, any dApp provided by the dApp Developers, including any errors or omissions in the dApps, or any loss or damage resulting from the use of such dApps.

Lack of investment advice

All material on the Website is for informational purposes only. Neither Tgapp nor any person or organization associated with the Website provides legal, financial, trading or other advice or recommendations on which reliance may be placed. Information from the Website may not be used as a basis for investment strategy and is not guaranteed to be free from error or misrepresentation.

Users will act at their own risk in accessing or relying on the content of the Website in any way and are solely responsible for any consequences.

Submitting applications to host dApps

A dApp developer has the right to apply to Tgapp to have their dApp posted on the Website. If Tgapp deems the dApp suitable, it will be posted and become public on the Website. Acceptance and ranking of dApps is determined solely by Tgapp in its sole discretion and according to selected criteria, which may change from time to time.

Rating is for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice. Tgapp reserves the right to categorize and post dApps in specific sections such as Games, Exchanges, Collectibles, Marketplaces, Gambling, Other and High Risk.

If Tgapp has limited information about a dApp or considers it suspicious, such dApp may be placed in the "High Risk" section. Tgapp recommends that Users conduct their own due diligence before visiting sites and/or using the services of dApps in the "High Risk" section.

If a Developer of a dApp notices discrepancies in the information on their dApp, they must contact Tgapp immediately. Tgapp reserves the right to edit, move or delete any dApp if it violates these Terms. Tgapp is not responsible for editing, moving or deleting any dApp.

Advertising dApps

The dApp developer has the right to submit a request to advertise his dApp on the Website. To do so, he must complete and submit an advertising request. Acceptance of a dApp advertising request is determined solely by Tgapp in its sole discretion.

Tgapp sends a quote with a price based on the completed ad request data. Once payment is received, the dApp advertisement becomes public and visible on the Website. Payment for advertising is non-refundable.

Tgapp does not accept advertising requests from dApps posted in the "High Risk" section. Tgapp is not a sponsor or promoter of dApps and is not responsible for such advertising. Tgapp reserves the right to remove dApp advertisements if they violate these Terms.

Rights to dApps

All descriptions, texts, images and other content about dApps are created and controlled exclusively by the Developers of dApps. Tgapp does not claim ownership of the hosted dApps, and the Developers of dApps are solely responsible for any damage caused by their dApps.

Warranties and responsibilities of dApp Developers

Each Developer of a dApp represents and warrants that their dApp is an original creation or that they have obtained all necessary rights to use the dApp. Developers of dApps undertake not to use the Website to advertise or distribute content that is offensive, illegal or violates the rights of third parties.

Responsibility for dApps content

Tgapp does not control the content of dApps and makes no representations regarding their content. Tgapp acts as a passive host for the content of dApps and is not responsible for its monitoring. Tgapp reserves the right to block or remove any dApp that violates the rights of third parties or is inappropriate.

Limitation of liability

Tgapp does not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Tgapp is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the dApp Developers or third parties. Tgapp shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Website. Tgapp's total liability to Users and dApp Developers does not exceed €50.

Intellectual property

All text, graphics, interfaces, photographs and computer code on the Website are the intellectual property of Tgapp and are protected by copyright. The content of the Website may not be copied or used without the written consent of Tgapp.

Links to other websites

Users use links to dApp Developer or third party websites at their own risk. Tgapp does not control or make any representations regarding these websites. Links are provided as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Tgapp.

Changes on the website

Tgapp reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website at any time. Tgapp may change the terms and policies of the Website without notice.

Violation of conditions

Tgapp may disclose information about Users or dApp Developers if necessary for investigative purposes or to protect Tgapp's rights. Tgapp may terminate access to the Website and remove dApps if they violate the terms and conditions. Tgapp is entitled to recover the costs of legal action against violators of the terms and conditions.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.

Changes in conditions

Tgapp reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Tgapp will notify Users and dApp Developers of significant changes. Changes will take effect 30 days after notification.

Other provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User, the dApp Developer and Tgapp. Failure to exercise any right of Tgapp does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms shall survive termination of your use of the Website. If any provision of the Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
